April 20th is 90 days from one of $47 first executive orders wanting a report on national security to determine whether or not to employ the Insurrection Act of 1807. This act can be used to deploy troops on American soil. It is supposed to be used only in emergencies. I fully expect $47 to declare an emergency on April 20th despite lacking any evidence to support one.

We haven’t had an emergency since September 11, 2001. Yes, you read that correctly. That was our last mainland emergency. President George W. Bush did not deploy troops. He did create the Homeland Security department which in my opinion is a redundancy for the Department of Defense… I digress…

When has the Insurrection Act been used. The last time it was used was in 1992 under President George H.W. Bush. This was the Rodney King riot following the not guilty verdict for his police abusers. President Dwight D. Let me be clear. There has not been an emergency at our Southern border ever! Has it been porous? Yes. Do we have a legal immigration problem? Yes. What causes it? Income inequality and American imperialism in Central America contribute to the issues. It is not an emergency at all. It is a problem, but not one that places the United States in grave danger. If it did cause great danger then why haven’t previous administrations employ the Insurrection Act? This is a made up $47 emergency based on racial bias. The real emergency is the $47 and MAGA. These people are the insurrectionists. They are the traitors to the Constitution of the United States.

Congress needs to act soon. They have less than two weeks to place a check on the executive’s abuse of power. They have the power to annul the tariffs, impeach for violations of the Constitution, and to begin criminal investigations into government staff that have been aiding and abetting the president through overreach. Checks and balances are there for a reason. This is where the non-MAGA republicans need to join their Democratic counterparts and actually govern this impetuous entitlement being practiced by $47 and his supporters.

If $47 does enact the fake emergency you can bet your remaining 401K that dissenters will be rounded up and imprisoned. I fully expect we will be deported for Un-American activities despite our legal due process. America will cease to exist at that moment. The country will fracture. I fully expect that there will be states that secede to become their own nation states or to join as provinces or states of neighboring countries. With some serious military bases in California and the 5th largest economy in the world this will be the area to watch. $47 is going to need that economy. Will he order the military to attack the states citizens? I would not put it past him.

This is the scary possibility facing the United States. I’m not joking either. I’m worried this is our new reality. I saw this coming on when I started reading Project 2025. Everything that has happened is straight out of this manifesto. No one reads… the obvious…
